I founded New Ground Project Advisory because I believe experience makes a huge difference when it comes to making things happen.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked across programme and project management, innovation and transformation, leading teams to deliver projects worth hundreds of millions of pounds.

Along the way, I’ve learned that ambition alone doesn’t deliver results … neither does a great project plan. Progress takes clear direction, sound judgement, robust governance, an ability to pivot and people who act.

That’s the thinking behind New Ground. New ground never broke itself.

Someone has to make things happen, bring people together and keep things moving … even when the going gets tough.

I bring a practical, people-focused approach: asking the questions that matter, turning complexity into clear priorities, holding everyone to account and helping teams move from discussion to delivery.

Now, I’m bringing that experience to organisations and individuals ready to deliver, grow and thrive.
